My hangs suddenly when 

1.make a.call

2.send whatsapp message

3.recieve whatsapp message

4.when watching tiktok vedios

   It means my smart phone of no use snd it became ordinary  phone.

      I tried with two times format.but of no use.

Please perform the following steps:
>Clear the RAM memory of device (Scroll down notification panel > Setting> Device care >Memory> Clean Now).
> Stop the background running app (Tap on the left soft key and close all the running apps).
>Check for the latest device O/S (Scroll down Notification panel >Settings >Software Update >Download updates manually).
