Can anyone plz tell how to safely remove external otg on j7 pro?
I updated my j7 pro to android pie but after update the incoming calls on my phone are getting displayed after 10-15 seconds. Can anyone plz help?

I updated my j7 pro with available pie os update yesterday and the phone has now become slow. Incoming Calls are taking too long to be shown on the phone because of this slowness of phone. Apps had also become slow than before. Please help.
Is galaxy j series discontinued officially by Samsung?
