pls download oreo official firmware from sammobile official website or other reliable websites.after download flash the current pie os and install it to oreo using odin tool.

If you flash directly you'll lose IMEI...due to baseband/modem downgrade.

you have to flash oreo firmware by Odin v.3.0 ...but it's risky and void your warranty
