Looks like we're still gonna have the problems. I tried reporting to both Samsung and WhatsApp support. They both point hands on each other . Samsung says I should contact WhatsApp, WhatsApp says I should contact Samsung.

Nah, no solution. I think that is just how it works.Coz I tested it by saying "Ixby" instead of "Bixby" and it was activated. So I think once it hears something related to Bixby it activates.
