S Secure the official Samsung Applock Not available in Pakistan

I always a fan of Samsung ui but i always feel some features are on still in Samsung ui out of which is Applock but today i just found out that Samsung has its official applock named as S Secure but unfortunately its not available in Pakistan

My Galaxy A51 OTG is not working anybody have the solution plz tell me
