Galaxy s24 ultra brightening quickpanel on Instagram

Is it just mine or you guys noticed when u pull down quickpanel/notificationpanel while on instagram app it first brightens the display then after some sec goes back to normal...also havent checked if its same in any other apps.

Pause update who are just starting or below 40-50% so people on 70-90% can complete and server load get ease...wait like 30 min to a hour . Server is slowwwwww rn due to high load of people.

I think we should just wait 30min-1hr to download i dont want this server load to be problematic and make this update postpone again...let people who are already at 70-95% complete we can download it later with full speed probably 路‍♂️
