When im trying to move a pic from gallery to secure folder, it showing that couldnt move al items. and it did nt moving any pics from gallery to secure folder can anybody give a solution( to movein a file) to solve this problem ?

When i tap on mobile data its turning on even phone is locked. But in past days it never happend. What can i do for to turn on data it must be ask pattern to turn on please give me suggestions...
