Wait for sometime and keep your phone in dry place, if not solvable just go to authorised service centre, don't do anything if you have no knowledge about electrical mechanism in your device.

Yes, it gives balance sound, you can hear all instruments clearly.

Call quality is good and there is no anc but some noise may cancel due to it's shape.One thing I didn't notice but I heard about that is Samsung voice focus didn't work with earphone
