Problem noticed in Samsung AKG type-C earphone. PLEASE HELP🙏🏼

I purchased it on 21st Oct 2024. As expected, the sound quality was very good—balanced and clear, without too much bass.

However, on 2nd Mar 2025, I suddenly noticed a hazy/static-like sound in my earphones. It was similar to the sound you hear when trying to tune an FM radio frequency.

Note: There was no physical damage or scratches on the earphones.

I visited the service center on 7th Mar 2025. They identified the issue and replaced the unit for free, as it was still under warranty.

But today, I noticed the same problem again with the replacement unit—the exact same issue.

Can you please help me understand what's going on?

Now my earphone is out of warranty. Are they charge me? This is a same suffering like 'green line issue'.

Same problem in two different unit !!
