My device is getting heated sometime. I'm not able to figure out why? Can anyone suggest me things?

Hello Members!Hope all are doing fine .I've accidentally broken screen of my Galaxy M30s device on upper side. When using, upper side of screen warms up, but lower side stays cool.Is this heat due to broken screen ?Please helpThanks#GalaxyM30s
