After the security update of 1st june i am facing the battery drain issue recently they resolved the issue of battery drain in the update of 1st may 2020
After the android 10 update my m30s is become slow and lagging too much plus battery issues happening with my phone its taking more than 3 hours to full charge plz let me know if anyone is facing the same issue
i have use my charger on galaxy a50 its working fine and also use a50's charger to my phone but its slowly charging my device when i put my on flight mode or switch off the device its get around 4 hrs to full charge which is happening since the march...
yah i know everything is working fine but at the time of switching on the phone charging symbol show its hardware issue i have worked for Samsung in service centre thats why i know this buddy
you have to visit the service centre with data backup they will take your phone for testing minimum of 2 days if the issue happen after the software they will replace the part
