I lost my earbuds in case any way to find them 

HiI have flip3. My phone shuts down whenever I plug out charging switch. Then I have to plug it again to restart. What should I do?? I'm getting so stressed and anxious 

HelloMy phone's not at all charging. Last night it was at 5 and now at 2. Its stressing me out. I diagnosed, sensors are normal, battery is normal still it's not charging. I just get notification phone's too cold to charge idk what to do.Thank you
