I've just received the January security update on my Galaxy S24+.Still no OneUI 7 I guess

I've just received and downloaded the December security update for my Galaxy S24+ but still no sign of the OneUI 7 beta 

Can someone please explain to me why I'm seeing that the December security update is rolling out and yet my Galaxy S24+, (African region), has still not yet received the November security update so far? What's going on?
