Recently when i lock my s24 ultra my screen turns off but when i try to unlock it by fingerprint press lock button or double tap it doesn't turn on even with any type of notification it stays off.Everytime i lock my phone i have to reboot it by press...
I've discovered that my screen functions correctly after warming it with a hairdryer. Could you suggest why this might be happening, (also my phone has never been submerged in water)
I have tried resetting my phone but it didn't help and i am so disappointed with that. I dont know what to do. Every time screen turns off i have to force restart even during call when sensor is covered, screen goes black and i have to restart
Once i reboot it then there is no problem in screen. im using it right now and have not turned off for couple of hours. I have tried first 2 steps u suggested but nothing happened so backing up for reset
