For the past couple of weeks my samsung galaxy j7 prime is showing a strange pop up showing "currently unable to send messages......" but the message still gets sent to the destination even after this pop up.. how to solve this issue?

I have updated my samsung galaxy j7 prime with nougat as it was prompted. after new nougat update the volte feature (with jio 4g) sim not working. kindly help. I am unable to make calls since the phone is only showing LTE
