Is it true that in galaxy phones the galaxy ai will only free till 2025...after that it will be paid

I am facing some unresponsive touch on my s23 even I didn't update to ui6.1But that unresponsive touch is only happening in websites browser whenever I touch at first nothing happen and in 2nd touch it starts loading....Explain why ? And any solution...

Should I update my s23 to latest 6.1 or waitBecoz many issues were faced by many users previously. So plz tell me
