Flip5 fingerlock sensor giving such a hard time to me and battery draining too. Recommend nt to buy this phone. I bought so happily bt nw regretting 

Anyone suggest how to take screenshot in A15 mobile. Can't find out any option after several tries.

Tried everything but still battery is draining. Really thinking of switching to another mobile. Not happy with Flip5.

Sad to know that there is no option to trade in old device tab s2 series on Samsung shop. Any suggestions?

It's really upsetting. I can totally understand your frustration as a customer bcz we all are facing something here n there with samsung products. Like right now m facing Flip5 battery issue.. Regretting why i bought this phone.
