I use Galaxy A15. It takes good photos but only support FHD 30fps for videos and video stability also not well.Do you have any alternative ways or apps to this problem??

Yeah. It's totally safe. After change it I got call recording feature and NFC support. Also, I receive regular software updates✌️

You need to change your phone's region. I also faced this issue, after change the region now I have call recording feature.
