It doesn't make sense for the samsungs22 ultra and s21 ultra to have received the one ui 7 update and the z fold 4 hasn't,literally makes no sense at all

Yohhh I'm so tired of complaining yaz, all other countries have received the one ui 7 update and some are receiving the beta one ui 8 and there's us. Always late to the party,y can't samsung just update all phones at once like Apple does?
