After recent series of updates, Bixby on mine S23 is getting triggered automatically and it's irritating af. Anyone faced same ?

Hi all,I have witnessed that HQ resolution videos shot through S23 aren't uploading in their original format and that looks bad. Did anybody face the same in a while?Tried turning on/off this option ( ss shared below) but it didn't work.
