I got one UI 8 and Android 16 update in my S22 Ultra And I don't see much difference than one UI 7 only some minor changes I have noticed yet like more glassy design

My phone always show that my device is up to date while it is not. I'm not getting any update and been stuck with android 13 and one ui 5. Does anyone knows why I don't get any kind of update please
