Same I bought my first Samsung phone in 2015. It was J7 model. And not just me my whole family use Samsung phone. But Now I think they scamming us fooling us. And worst part is they are not taking responsibility.

Sir apka toh physical damage nehi phir bhi apko nehi de raha ur ek **bleep** sa dent hai toh woh log mujhe toh pehele bahar nikal denge... Itana jante huye ki woh dent ke wajah se nehi software update se aya hai... Ur sir mere papa ka bhi same model ...
