I am very disappointed with the support I am receiving regarding the green line issue on my phone. This problem happened without any damage or misuse from my side, so it is clearly not the customer’s fault.
Despite this, I am being asked to pay a very high repair cost. It is unfair to charge customers for a recurring display issue that many users have reported. A phone is an essential device for daily communication and work, and this issue creates major inconvenience.
A premium brand like Samsung should take responsibility for such problems and provide fair support to loyal customers. Please review my case properly and offer a reasonable resolution.
