Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my Samsung WindFree 1.5 Ton air conditioner, which is brand new and has been facing cooling issues since installation.
It has been almost 15 days, and the AC is not functioning properly. Despite contacting multiple service engineers and raising service requests, the issue has not been resolved. The technicians have visited but failed to fix the problem, and the cooling performance remains unsatisfactory.
As this is a newly purchased unit, I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the service support provided so far. This situation is causing significant inconvenience.
I request you to take immediate action to resolve this issue. If the problem cannot be fixed promptly, I request a replacement of the unit or a permanent solution at the earliest.
