Cannot activate torch

I had set up double tap lock button to activate torch on s23 ultra. But the same feature is on yet not working on s24ultra. Any help of suggestions?

Benefits tab is empty

I thought I'll get the buds with the phone but apparently I have to redeem from benefits tab but in my case its empty. Should I wait for a couple of days or will I get the notification automatically?
