Yes, you can have esim activated for the watch but this will be a separate phone number. The idea is to share same number you have on your smartphone. Same as apple watch. And Samsung watch can do the same but this is not supported by Virgin

But I do not see option to share my existing physical Sim card number installed in the smartphone with the watch for Du. There is no plans on Du web site allowing to share number with watch. Only for Apple
