Is there any operators in UAE providing eSIM service for Samsung watches? I see some options for Apple watch but not Samsung

Etisalat, du, and Virgin Mobile now offer eSIM support for Samsung Galaxy watches in the UAE! 📱

Etisalat provides eSIM activation for compatible models, so you can connect your smartwatch to the mobile network without a physical SIM card. 🙌

du also supports eSIM services for Samsung Galaxy watches, making it easy to stay connected on the go. 📲

Virgin Mobile offers a fully digital eSIM activation process via their app, supporting a wide range of devices including Samsung Galaxy watches. 📱

These providers make it easy to activate eSIM, so you can enjoy connectivity on your Samsung watch wherever you go! 🌐 #eSIM #SamsungGalaxy #Smartwatch #Connectivity #UAE

I believe all 3 operators provide adding eSIM to watch but they charge some extra for it, right ?

Yes, you can have esim activated for the watch but this will be a separate phone number. The idea is to share same number you have on your smartphone. Same as apple watch. And Samsung watch can do the same but this is not supported by Virgin

But I do not see option to share my existing physical Sim card number installed in the smartphone with the watch for Du. There is no plans on Du web site allowing to share number with watch. Only for Apple

My suggestion is to ask directly z perhaps when next you're in the mall? Alternatively, you can send a support email directly to Etisalat or Du. They will reply.

You can use Etisalat eSIM for Galaxy Watch.

I have Virgin contract prepaid for 1 year. I would like to share same phone number with Samsung Watch but this is impossible. Why Samsung is not promoting support of Samsung products with all providers? Why you are limiting your customers with Etisalat only?

I visited virgin yesterday having just changed back to Android and Samsung galaxy watch and phone. They said they don't support esim for the watch

To use the same SIM card in multiple devices (phone + watch), you have to pay 25 DHS per month if you are an Etisalat customer.  It is bad, actually. I came from the Apple ecosystem to Samsung and bought a Samsung watch; now I feel I should have stayed there
