Same here. I’ve been facing this issue since the second Beta update, and it has persisted ever since. I posted about it after the stable update, but the problem still hasn’t been resolved.
To be honest, I’m not entirely sure what to suggest, but you could try restarting your device and then check if you have the option to download the stable version directly. It should be available since the beta version has been closed.
