When I shake my A34, I hear something big is moving inside. I think the battery is moving may be...does this happen to all of you or is something else inside damaged?

My dad got a small scratch on the upper lens of his Fold 7. If I want to replace it, how much would it cost roughly? Also, do I need to replace the whole back panel or just the lens ??
