I am waiting almost a month for the delivery of my Ear buds Pro after purchasing my Samsung S23 plus. I have contacted the customer care a few times with them saying that they will deliver it but I received no communication that it will be delivered....
My issues was that I never received my tracking number and confirmation but they picked me up in their system. So it was just a waiting game for me and their word that they will deliver
