I am waiting almost a month for the delivery of my Ear buds Pro after purchasing my Samsung S23 plus. I have contacted the customer care a few times with them saying that they will deliver it but I received no communication that it will be delivered..really disappointing service after purchasing a high end handset from Samsung.

I eventually received my Galaxy Buds2 Pro today. Thanks, Samsung, as I thought I would never receive them.

Out of interest, did they provide you with a tracking number to inform you of the delivery?

My issues was that I never received my tracking number and confirmation but they picked me up in their system. So it was just a waiting game for me and their word that they will deliver
