I must put in the promo code 

Got feedback from Samsung. The promo and its Ts & Cs will be loaded tomorrow morning by 10  

I called them earlier, spoke to Veronica and apparently they can't see the promo on their side but they are aware of the promo. She said she'll call me back by 12pm today she's gonna find out what's happening.

I also have the same problem, I guess we'll have to contact Samsung
