After few google and reddit search it seems this groove is there in s24 as well. Some believes that this is a mic for camera. It is present there in top lens only. Thank you for your concern.
As seen in the picture there's some sort of slim groove on the rim. It wasn't there earlier. I haven't dropped my phone also so no chance of physical damage.
