I am facing issues with my touch from a few days and today I started getting this message. What needs to be done? Will software update help or I need to do something specific?

I had 2500+ Samsung reward points which I am not seeing now and not able to redeem. Kindly help.

My phone is not getting locked while playing games. It was not like this earlier. I think one of the recent updates caused this. Please help if anyone is aware how to get the phone to autolock if I leave it unattended.
