Can anyone tell me what is this error code n how to fix this.I'm getting this pop up on my screen for every msg or any applications notification.

I'm facing lag issues in my a50s when I'm using the camera ...sometimes I'm unable change the mode of the camera.Its happen only at the time of multitasking or if something is running in background.Please! Guys help me to shot out this issue.
