Nothing will happen by sending error reports . They always say please reset camera settings ,clear cache,check devic in safe mode etc . Literally nothing will improve by doing these things . I have sent error reports regarding lagginess of camera in my galaxy A50s for 3 months but it's still unanswered .
They try to hide the issues and silently fix it with some or the other update The heating issues before one ui 2.5 were severe but after many error reports they fixed it
