I noticed with the android 13 update, there's a feature in the gallery to hide certain folders. In your gallery, click the 3 dots at the top right corner and click "select albums to show". Hope this helps.

It's okay.. I've been told that the higher refresh rate definitely contributes to the slightly faster drain. Otherwise, it's not really a problem.
