When I down load the blood pressure on my ultra watch it says isn't available in my country or region Qatar in Arabian Gulf . How can I change the region in my watch or watch to download the program . Thank you

I use samasung s20 ultra .when.i click onInstall unkown appsall.apps are greyed out and cannot grant permission.When update existing apps from.outside Google store it says action not allowed contact your IT admistrator
