Blood pressure and ECG apps

When I down load the blood pressure on my ultra watch it says isn't available in my country or region Qatar in Arabian Gulf . How can I change the region in my watch or watch to download the program . Thank you

Samsung Health Monitor works only in UAE, no other GCC countries.

The ECG and the blood pressure are available only in the UAE for now
