S21 FE 5G network issue in Sim slot 1

My S21 FE receiving 5g network in sim slot 2 only. Sim slot 1 receiving 4G only even when network mode is selected as 5G.

I have two jio sim and both have jio welcome offer. But i m getting 5g signal only in sim 2 slot , when inserting sim in slot 1 and selecting network 5G it still getting 4g only.What could be the issue?
