Same screen animation low issue after one ui 8.5

Caught one setting missing. USED TO BE 3 DOTS ON TOP RIGHT CORNER. TO ACCESS OUR LIVE WALLPAPERS.

I always clear cache partition after software updating my phone.Just recieved this update . As i went into recover option.They removedCLEAR CACHE PARTIONoption. One 3 options available now.Whats going on?
