I purchased this device on feb 2025. Its a 1.4 lakh device. I talked to samsung support they said after 18 days its not their policy to replace. But can only be repair. So we as a customer spend our hard earned money to the blind faith that samsung will provide us quality product not this cheap quality . What the actual hell in just 3 months this issue . 


Look at this hardware defect. Even 10krs phone performs better SHAME ON YOU SAMSUNG i will not let you repair and open my phone. I will fight and take legal action i need replacement thats it!

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. I did send them log files for days. I went to service center they can just repair . 1.4 lakh phone in 3 months needs replacement dont you think its ridiculous!

I went to service center. Cuz they got a policy within 18 days after urchase they replace the device. So i insists and they changed all cameras modules . Its working fine now . No issue after changing. Make sure to tell them to sealed the ip68 sealent. No other ways we have as customer. Its an hardware issue .
