Is it just me? My entertainer isn't downloading 

help. my phone keeps on hanging and restarting on it's own. what should I do?

i accidentally drop my phone and broke it. :'( if i bring it to where i bought it, is it included in the warranty?? :'(

my phone is charged to 100% but still the red light is on

just now, i charge my phone. came to 100% fully charged. but the led is still red instead of green led. is it normal? i waited for about 5 to minutes more. but it didn't change to green.
