my phone is charged to 100% but still the red light is on

just now, i charge my phone. came to 100% fully charged. but the led is still red instead of green led. is it normal? i waited for about 5 to minutes more. but it didn't change to green.

no problem just when become 100% remove the charge;)

It stays red till the next ~10 minutes after fully charged. It turns green then.
I had the same concern earlier.
