Yes fast charging enabled with samsung 45w charger on the s24 ultra it just doesn't fast charge after the ubdate

Best solution is to reball the cpu a53 have manufacturing issue with cpu causing bootloops and samsung won't help you either with given the price of the device ,they will just qoute you new motherboard equivalent to the price of new device

Check your device the 5.1 ubdate is live for a 53's

Exactly not sure but hopefully it's gonna be 2-3 weeks as the European a53's got it last week.
