try calibrating your battery by charging it from 0 to 100% while phone is turned off. If 100, turn it on, then charge it again to 100% while phone is on. do this 3 times. or you can download battery calibrating apps. and just follow their instruction...

your charger is definitely faulty. replace it. for the battery drain, try to put it on safe mode to see if your apps are the ones drajning your batter. google it for the steps of Safe Mode. cant remember it
u could uninstall the updates of game launcher through settings>apps>game launcher then find and click uninstall updates. then check the game launcher if it works fine or try to install the recent update again then check it again
