How to get rid of this flash message? It keeps waking up my phone even my phone is idle locked and the screen will never turn off unless i click that message. Its annoying cause my phone is turning on for hours like when i am sleeping in the day

Tap and hold on Sim Service app, go to app info>notification and turn off.

no option for turning off notification, only silent notification
