Hi,I have claimed the buds via promotions tab on the 6th of April, no response on follow up email I sent and phone number shared on email does not go through.
The email you got on the 12th is to confirm your claim is successful, the first email I received mentioned "Please remember that your gift will only be delivered7 to 14 working" daysafter your claim has been declared successful.
You are still within the 14 days window, it's so frustrating as for me the phone did not include earphones, even if it was the wired ones I would have been fine.
