Promo buds delayed

I have claimed the buds via promotions tab on the 6th of April, no response on follow up email I sent and phone number shared on email does not go through.

I was really not expecting such a long delay.

Same here, claimed the first week of April, only received and email with reference number. Nobody responds to the 2 emails Ive sent to query delivery status.

I got feedback today by email, delivery will be in 7 to 14 working days.

I ordered mine on the 28th March. Got reference same day. Was given the 7 to 14 days window. When enquiring on 12th April, day later got another email giving a 7 to 14 day period 🤨

You are still within the 14 days window, it's so frustrating as for me the phone did not include earphones, even if it was the wired ones I would have been fine.
