Hey , I have galaxy buds pro 3 , abd the left ear just won't work , maybe because I dropped it sm , but what could I do to try to make it work before taking it to service?

When I do factory reset , all my information is erased including passwords , contacts , credit cards etc is that corrects or will there be anything about me left ?

I forgot my passcodepattern  butI havefingerprint and face recognition that's how I can use my phone still ! Is there another solution other than resetting the phone because of a pattern,I've already locked my phone up to 2 hours

Hello my front camera isn't working it keeps showing camera failed ive restarted the phone and the camera app does anyone know another way?
